All rights, title and interest in and to the Easewaycorp name, brand, platform, software, technology, content and related intellectual property shall remain solely and exclusively with Ease Stay Private Limited, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

1.General

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the travel product, Service Provider, fare type, booking conditions and applicable supplier rules.

The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a particular booking will be communicated or displayed at the time of booking, wherever applicable.

2.Cancellation by Customer

A customer may request cancellation through the applicable Ease Stay booking channel, subject to the cancellation conditions applicable to the booking.

Cancellation shall become effective only when confirmed by Ease Stay or the relevant Service Provider.

3.Supplier Cancellation Rules

Refunds shall be governed by the cancellation and refund rules of the relevant airline, hotel, travel operator or other Service Provider.

Where the Service Provider permits a refund, Ease Stay will process the eligible refund after receiving the applicable amount from the Service Provider.

4.Ease Stay Charges

Applicable Ease Stay service charges, convenience fees, booking fees or other charges may be non-refundable, where clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Any applicable cancellation charges imposed by the Service Provider may be deducted from the refundable amount.

5.Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer or other financial institution.

6.Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain fares, hotel rates, promotional offers and travel products may be completely non-refundable or may permit only limited refunds.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation conditions before completing a booking.

7.Partial Cancellation or Partial Use

Where a booking is partially cancelled, partially used or modified, the refund will be calculated in accordance with the applicable Service Provider’s rules and the terms communicated at the time of booking.

8.No-Show

If a customer fails to use a confirmed booking without cancelling it within the permitted cancellation period, the booking may be treated as a No-Show and may be non-refundable, subject to the applicable Service Provider’s rules.

9.Cancellation by Service Provider

If a Service Provider cancels or materially changes a booking, Ease Stay will, where applicable, assist the customer in obtaining the available alternative arrangement or refund in accordance with the Service Provider’s applicable rules.

10.Force Majeure and Extraordinary Events

Refunds or alternatives arising from natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, war, operational disruptions or other extraordinary events shall be subject to the applicable Service Provider’s rules and applicable law.

11.Refund Disputes

If a customer believes that a refund has not been correctly processed, the customer may contact Ease Stay with the relevant booking details. Ease Stay may review the booking and applicable supplier rules before determining the amount, if any, refundable.
